1. Services

The Miller Brand provides web design, graphic design, marketing services, advertising, and digital media solutions. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made within 7 days after service completion.

• Accepted payment methods: Venmo (@themillerbrand) or Zelle (281-683-7503).

• No content, files, or final deliverables will be handed over until full payment is received.

3. Revisions & Review Period

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to review your product and request reasonable revisions at no additional cost.

• Any revisions requested after the 30-day period may incur additional charges.

4. Ownership & Usage Rights

• Upon full payment, you receive exclusive rights to the final design or content.

• The Miller Brand reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

• If a project is canceled before completion, a prorated fee will be charged for work already completed.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

• The Miller Brand is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.

• We do not guarantee specific results for marketing, advertising, or digital media campaigns.

7. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
